DECATUR — Galesburg High School’s Kirsten Osborn sat in a tie for 22nd place after scoring a 79 on the first day of the Class 2A State Tournament at Hickory Point Golf Club on Saturday.Osborn shot a five-over par on the front nine holes to finish with a 41.
