NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court wil not hear the Bofors pay-off case on Friday as it been deleted from the cause list. The case was listed for a scheduled hearing on Friday as item number 43 in Court number 8 before a bench comprising Justice R Banumathi and Justice Indira Banerjee.
