KANNUR: Kerala fisheries minister J Mercykutty Amma has said the government is planning to introduce a legislation to ensure the quality of fish markets. Inaugurating the operations of Aquaculture Development Cooperative Society (ADCOS), the cooperative society of the farmers involved in aquaculture, at Thayineri in Payyannur in the district on Thursday, the minister said the government is planning to introduce `Auctioning, Marketing and Quality Control Bill´ and the Cabinet has approved the draft.
