Hicks (hamstring) exits Game 1, will have MRI

Aaron Hicks was slowed by tightness in his left hamstring late in the Yankees` push toward the postseason, and the switch-hitting outfielder was forced to exit the Yankees` 5-4 loss in Game 1 of the American League Division Series at Fenway Park on Friday with a tight hamstring, this time on the right side. Hicks said after the game that he will have an MRI on Saturday, but hopes to play in Game 2.
