Polish-Chinese consortium, consisting of Shanghai Electric Power Construction, PBE Elbud Warszawa, and Agencja Promocji Inwestycji signed an agreement with Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne (PSE) for construction of 400 kV Baczyna-Plewiska line.
