Barclays internet banking goes down after `technical issue`

Bank follows TSB in facing problems, with millions of customers unable to access accountsMillions of Barclays customers have been unable to access their accounts online after the bank became the latest high street lender to suffer a technical glitch.The problems emerged at 10.45am on Thursday, and were continuing in the late afternoon.
