Wireless chargers aren`t new, but they keep getting nicer looking!
Apple started supporting wireless charging with the iPhone 8, and continues to do so with all of its newer phones. Wireless chargers are available in a variety of shapes, sizes, and designs Some of them look more industrial than others, and then there`s the newly-announced Nomad Base Station, which is a beautifully designed wireless charging pad. The company is now accepting pre-orders for it, and it will officially begin shipping on October 1.
It has a modern design with a padded leather surface to place your phone, LED charging indicators, and an ambient light sensor that dims the LEDs at night. It has three high-power charging coils inside which allow it to charge two iPhones at once. There are also two USB ports on it, one USB-A and one USB-C PD port that has an 18W output.
