MANGALURU: Mangaluru-Bengaluru train services cancelled due to damage to railway tracks in the ghat section may take several days to restore, according to officials of Southern Western Railway. Officials told TOI that per day, four trains, including goods trains, pass through the Mangaluru-Hassan route. However, service was stopped last week. `The stretch of about 55km from Subrahmanya Road to Yedakumeri is damaged and services were completely suspended. Nobody is allowed to enter this stretch, other than railway staff.
