August 18, 2018 Nelson, BC: The Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) has issued Evacuation ALERTS for two areas: All of Syringa Provincial Park and southeast along Lower Arrow Lake to the Hugh Keenleyside Dam in Robson.
