PANCHKULA: A man stalked a 22-year old aspiring fashion blogger on photosharing app Instagram and sent her lewd messages by using multiple fake accounts, police said on Saturday after registering a case against him. The Kalka resident said she had created a page on Instagram related to fashion in order to collaborate with people from the field on a different name.
