CHANDIGARH: The traffic police have asked the UT engineering department to complete road works at the accident-prone points. Police have identified a total of 15 accident-prone points across the city and have asked the engineering wing of the administration to carry various engineering works, which include slip roads, lighting, traffic light points, slow carriage way, fixing of rumble strips, directional arrows , widening of roads, marking on roads, zebra crossing and pruning of trees.
