SC verdicts have to be critically examined, says former HC judge

Mysuru: Cautioning people against treating Supreme Court judgments as infallible truths, former Karnataka high court judge Justice HN Nagmohan Das on Saturday said that one must analyse the apex court´s verdicts critically and objectively. `This is the only way we can expect pro-people verdicts,` Das said.
