Metro work leaves potholes on Sec 60 road, repairs after rain

NOIDA: Construction work on a median under the Sector 59 metro station has left the road from the Sector 60 underpass to Mamura Junction riddled with potholes. While the private agency hired by DMRC had finished the work about a month ago, the Noida Authority is yet to undertake repairs on the stretch. Officials said they planned to undertake repairs after the monsoon, but the potholes would be filled soon. Barricades that had been put up on the road for the construction work have now been removed and the DMRC contractor is currently undertaking work near the Fortis intersection.
