Dollar Tree may add a new location in Brown Deer along North Green Bay Road. The Chesapeake, Va.-based retailer, known for pricing its merchandise at $1 per unit, proposed building a new store on a piece of vacant land at 9325 N. Green Bay Road, according to village records. The store would be 9,500 square feet and would be located east of Goodwill on Schroeder Drive.
