Day two of the Canoe Slalom Junior and U23 European Championships saw the first medals for Great Britain in the team event as a further nine athletes qualified for the individual semi finals in Bratislava. Nikita Setchell (Holme Pierrepont) opened the day`s racing with a semi final-qualifying third place in the K1W Junior heat, soon to be followed by Lily Bryant (Llandysul Paddlers) who finished eleventh in the first heat.
