PATNA: Police on Wednesday arrested Babban Yadav (48), a BJP functionary, on charges of sexually exploiting and physically assaulting a 35-year-old married woman, who used to work as secretary in his NGO. Soon after Yadav was arrested from his private residence near CDA building at Lalji Tola under the Gandhi Maidan police station area here, BJP state president Nityanand Rai expelled him from the primary membership of the party.
