NEW DELHI: Three men were arrested for beating up three men with iron rods and bricks, and leaving them to die for urinating in the open in outer Delhi´s Ranhola. The accused men had fled and were caught while trying to flee the city. Police said a passerby spotted three men lying in pools of blood and made a PCR call, soon after which the men were taken to the hospital, where two of them are said to be critical.
