Tiff ends with youth´s murder, friends held

NOIDA: Three youths were arrested on Wednesday for stabbing to death their 18-year-old friend and dumping his body in the Hindon river after a minor altercation in Chotpur village on August 11. The accused, Arun (24), Lukka (21) and Gaurav Chakravarti (20), live in the nearby floodplains. The fourth accused Lalla (22) is at large. Rajeev Kumar Singh, circle officer Noida II, said the family of the victim, Akash, filed a missing person´s complaint with Phase III police station after he did not return home on August 11.
