Chineme Okafor in Abuja The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) can help rural communities yet to be connected to the national grid, gain access to clean renewable electricity quickly and cheaply if payment of the service is allowed through licenced Mobile Network Operators (MNO) experts from the Nigerian office of the global Power for All has disclosed. The experts - Ifeoma Malo, who is the country director of Power for All, and Chibuikem Agbaegbu, the Nigerian lead for market access, suggested in a policy note made available to THISDAY.
