Externed goon files affidavit in city court as cops caught napping

Nagpur: Kuldeep Pandey, alias Pinnu, externed from city and district in the last week of July, trespassed into the city to personally file an affidavit before the sessions court, violating the order of the externment authority, on August 3. Pinnu´s affidavit claims that Mohd Irfan Sami Siddiqui was not the Irfan Bandookiya named by him in his complaint, for having fired upon him on June 26 this year. Recently, a video of Pinnu getting berated by a young woman at Pension Nagar, for ogling at her younger cousin had gone viral.
