White Sox place Leury on DL, option Garneau

Prior to Monday`s series opener against the Yankees, the White Sox made the following four roster moves: Placed INF Leury Garcia on the 10-day disabled list with a left hamstring strain; optioned C Dustin Garneau to Triple-A Charlotte; recalled OF Ryan LaMarre from Charlotte; reinstated C Kevan Smith from the paternity list.
