Landlords launch legal challenge to House of Fraser CVA

A group of House of Fraser landlords are to launch legal action challenging the retailer`s controversial CVA. It comes after City A.M. revealed that there was a high level of opposition to the restructuring process, with major landlords voting against the measures. Law firm Begbies Traynor and property consultants JLL, who have been advising a group of affected landlords, have said today that their clients will challenge the process.
