HARTFORD – A Norwich behavioral health practice and its owners have agreed to pay $300,000 as part of a settlement to resolve alleged violations of Connecticut`s False Claims Act.Affinity Behavioral Health LLC, along with its owners Julie Longton and Leanda Zupka, agreed to the terms of the settlement Tuesday.
