Jose Ramirez, Francisco Lindor and Jason Kipnis homered for Cleveland, and Edwin Encarnacion hit a grand slam during Sunday`s win that secured a three-game sweep of the Tigers at Progressive Field and marked the Indians` seventh straight victory. Lindor`s blast marked his third in as many games. Niko Goodrum and James McCann had RBI singles for Detroit.
