Miguel Cabrera exited Tuesday`s series opener against the Twins in the bottom of the third inning while hitting. Cabrera, at the plate for his second at-bat, swung at a 1-1 pitch and immediately dropped the bat and grasped his left arm around the elbow and biceps area.
