J.D. follows Sox`s big inning with 17th homer

J.D. Martinez clubbed his 17th homer in the fifth inning of Monday afternoon`s game vs. the Blue Jays at Fenway Park. With the blast, Martinez tied teammate Mookie Betts and Mike Trout for the Major League lead. An inning before Martinez`s fireworks, Andrew Benintendi did his best impersonation of Betts in the leadoff spot for the Red Sox when he belted a three-run homer.
