The economy of French-speaking Switzerland appears to be bouncing back from the Swiss National Bank`s (SNB) decision in January 2015 to drop the EUR/CHF currency floor. After coming in at 0.9% last year, the region`s growth is expected to accelerate to 2.3% in 2018. In 2019, the economy should continue to expand at a relatively brisk clip of 1.9%.
