Cubs, Contreras power way to 5th straight win

Javier Baez provided a spark in the leadoff spot, Anthony Rizzo continued his May surge with a three-run homer in a four-run first against James Shields and Willson Contreras drove in three runs, including his third homer and 10th RBI of the series, to lead the Cubs to their fifth straight win. After Jon Lester`s steady 5 2/3 innings, Matt Davidson hit a three-run homer in the eighth and the Sox brought the tying run to the plate in the ninth, but Brandon Morrow put out the fire for his ninth save.
