Resting Swanson now will help in long run

Dansby Swanson will not be with the Braves during their upcoming road trip, and he hasn`t started to think about when he might be ready to return from the disabled list. But the Braves shortstop doesn`t seem overly concerned about his sore left wrist. `We just felt it was best to take the rest now and [make sure the wrist heals], so that we wouldn`t have to deal with it for the whole year,` Swanson said. `We want to nip it in the bud now and move forward.`
