Phillies waste Eflin`s strong debut, lose in extras

The Phillies cannot afford to keep losing to a team like the Marlins. But they lost again Tuesday night at Marlins Park, 2-1, in 10 innings. Phillies right-hander Yacksel Rios allowed a one-out triple to Cameron Maybin in the bottom of the 10th inning as Yadiel Rivera followed two batters later with a single to center field to win it.
