The new company will be called `Cinionic`. The name is a combination of cinema and ionic, defined as the `coming together of forces to create energy in the Cinema industry.` Its logo icon is a colorful continuous wheel which represents movement and energy. The color wheel not only represents diversity, the brand colors of the three founding partners are integrated into the array of colors. The new brand comes with a matching tagline: EXPERIENCES.
