Fulmer makes 1st start of `18 tonight vs. Jays

Carson Fulmer will make his first start of the season for Chicago, which will complete its first trip through the starting rotation. Fulmer posted a 5.79 ERA in Triple-A last season, but improved that number to 3.86 over 23 1/3 innings at the Major League level. Walks have been an issue for Fulmer in the Minors, however, with 4.6 per nine innings.
