The capital of Austria defended its position as the city offering the best quality of life across the globe, while Iraq`s capital of Baghdad was at the bottom of the list, according to Reuters. Vienna received the top spot from the annual survey conducted by the consulting firm Mercer, which surveyed 231 cities to help companies and organizations determine compensation and additional allowances for international staffing issues and released the details of the survey on Monday.
