Press release Changes to the shareholding of ATENOR La Hulpe, 13 March 2018 ATENOR has been notified that the 10.53% shareholding held by Sofinim is to be acquired by a new company whose shareholding will consist of the 3D, Luxempart, Alva and Stéphan Sonneville groups, as well as members of the ATENOR executive committee. This new company will ratify the existing shareholder agreement dated 30th November 2016. The transaction will be conducted at a price of EUR 45 per share.
