A Napier councillor feels discussion about water issues was shut down at a meeting this week. Napier City Council met for its first full meeting of the year on Tuesday, where it was agreed to consult on the possible introduction of de-chlorinated taps as part of its draft long-term plan, despite its budget not providing any allowance.
