The Tamron 28-75mm F/2.8 Di III RXD is a new high-speed standard zoom lens for Sony 35mm full-frame mirrorless cameras. Currently under development, the 28-75mm F/2.8 Di III RXD is Tamron`s first ever lens for the Sony FE system. It incorporates an all-new high-speed and precise AF driving system called RXD (Rapid eXtra-silent stepping Drive) which operates with remarkable quietness, making it perfect for video use. It`s also compatible with the `Direct Manual Focus (DMF)` feature that enables Sony cameras to instantly switch between autofocus and manual focus. The Tamron 28-75mm F/2.8 Di III RXD will be available from mid-2018, price to be announced.
