Tigers designated hitter Victor Martinez isn`t ready to call it a career just yet. Physically, he said, his heart is fine following an ablation procedure last September to correct an irregular heartbeat that hospitalized him twice in 2017. As for his heart for the game, the 39-year-old said he`s ready to get back to the plate with a team that has become drastically younger since his last at-bat.
