The domination and profit transfer agreement concluded on 7 December 2017 between SinnerSchrader Aktiengesellschaft as the dependent company and Accenture Digital Holdings GmbH as the controlling company was entered into the commercial register responsible for SinnerSchrader Aktiengesellschaft, that of the Hamburg Local Court, on 16 January 2018 and this was announced by the commercial register on the same day.
