NHM stir ends as govt promises new service rules

GURUGRAM: The national health mission (NHM) workers, who were protesting against the authorities for the past one week, called off their strike late on Thursday after a meeting with chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar. Sources revealed that most of the demands raised by the protesters, who had been on strike since December 6, were discussed in the meeting and the government has assured of its support to them.
