Greece´s Supreme Court Wednesday upheld the extradition request by the United States for former BTC-e operator Alexander Vinnik, Cointelegraph reported. Reports confirm the support of sending the embattled Russian citizen to the US, where he faces money laundering charges, the report said. The decision now moves on to Greece´s justice minister who will now decide the outcome of the case with both the US and Russia vying for custody of Vinnik, the report said. Vinnik is agreeable to being extradited to Russia, the report said, where he would face lesser charges.
