He’s vowed to make $6.1 billion in cuts to jobs and services.”The NDP leader stressed “it absolutely does not have to be this way,” which is why the upcoming vote will be a change election.“I hear it everywhere I go. There’s a real sense of disappointment with Kathleen Wynne and the Liberals. Folks are saying that they’ve pretty much had enough of what’s happening in the province.
