PESHAWAR: Ignoring merit, the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) government has posted its 73 blue eyed non-cadre officers from grade 17 to grade 20 cadre posts. The decision violates Supreme Court orders by not returning these officers to their respective departments. In 2013, the Supreme Court´s three-member bench had ordered to immediately return all the non-cadre officers to their respective departments. According to documents, many officers while going against the Esta Code remained appointed on the cadre posts in 2007 and 2008 even after their deputations completed their tenure.
