Ryan murder: CBI gets board´s nod to take Class 11 student´s fingerprints

GURUGRAM: The Juvenile Justice Board (JJB), Gurgaon, on Wednesday allowed CBI to take fingerprints of the Class 11 student, who was apprehended last month in connection with the murder of Pradhyumn Thakur of Ryan International School-Bhondsi. The agency is likely to take the fingerprints at the observation home, Faridabad, where the juvenile is lodged, on December 19, as the board rejected the application filed by the juvenile`s counsel opposing the move. Judicial Magistrate (First Class) Devender Singh scheduled the next hearing for Friday (December 15), when the board will hear arguments on the bail application of the Class 11 student.
