Rodger Riney and his family trust are cashing in almost 28 million TD Ameritrade shares worth about $1.4 billion, according to a Securities and Exchange Corp. filing. Riney gained the shares as a result of TD Ameritrade´s purchase of Scottrade Financial Services Inc., which was completed in September. Riney founded Scottrade. According to the filing, the Riney trust transferred 4.5 million shares to Rodger Riney, who in turn transferred 2.5 million shares to the Paula and Rodger Riney Foundation... ......
