Dangerous business this, reimagining an icon. The Jeep Wrangler could very well be the most identifiable vehicle in the world - its legend runs as deep as its devotee´s passions. The ironic thing is, most customers love it not for what it does, but for what it doesn´t: conform. How many Wrangler owners have seriously off-roaded their baby, cocked a wheel in anger or even engaged the low-range crawl ratio? Not a huge percentage. Not the point.
