Two years ago, I attended a presentation by Lawrence Lessig at the Sydney Blockchain Summit, during which he talked about the inherent `code as law` issues in the model. Last month, I attend another Blockchain Summit, again in Sydney, which was a more low key affair than the last one, but by no means had the love been lost.
