The Loop 202 South Mountain Freeway is again moving past hurdles after a legal win last week in federal court. A ruling from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals finding for the Arizona Department of Transportation will all the freeway to continue moving forward at an accelerated pace, according to ktar.com.
