Civic body plans to start working on DP for 11 merged villages in January

Pune: The civic administration is likely to start working on the development plan (DP) for the recently merged 11 villages in the next month. The DP will ensure reservations for public amenity spaces like gardens, schools, play grounds in merged villages and development of residential areas in a better manner. The villages have been merged in PMC limits recently after the state government gave its approval. The entire process of the merger is expected to get over in the next few months.
