Cindy Watts is amazed at the world travelers her restaurant - Bedlam BAR-B-Q at 610 NE 50 - draws. She`s served diners from Denmark, Finland, Germany and elsewhere. `I`ve learned people literally travel to eat barbecue,` Watts said. `They start at one end of the U.S. and go across country eating barbecue. That`s what they do.` `We`re right off historic Route 66, so we get a lot of travel,` Watts said. `And when people traveling I-35 search online for barbecue places, Bedlam BAR-B-Q comes up as one of the best.` That keeps Watts alert and conscious. `We`re constantly trying to step up and be more competitive,` she said.
