Shohei Ohtani is going to the Angels. The Angels emerged on Friday as the winner of the heated competition to sign the 23-year-old two-way Japanese phenom. Ohtani`s agent, Nez Balelo, issued a statement on Ohtani`s decision to go to Anaheim.
